John Hudson:
Retired Accountant at major employer in York. Expertise in Finance, education and Governance. Previous Chairman of Governors at Norton College 2001 - 2013, Member & Trustee of Evolution 2011 – present.

Miranda Stephenson:
Retired Director at the National STEM Learning Centre, University of York. Trustee, lead role in the establishing support to Teaching Schools, Multi Academy Trusts and Other Education Trusts. Trustee of Evolution 2011 - Present

Karron Young:
Primary School Improvement Adviser (0–11) for York City Council. 11 years Primary School Teacher, Governor and Chair of Governors at Norton College 2012 - Present, Trustee of Evolution March 2016 – Present

Phil Loftus:
13 years of senior leadership and experience in four diverse schools, appointed Headteacher of Norton College in 2011. First year school graded “inadequate” with capacity to improve. 15 months later the College was graded “Good” in all categories and two years further on there is a trajectory of continued improvement. Enrolled on CEO Future Leaders Executive Educators.

Martyn Callaghan:
Chief Executive at major local charity since 2003, 30 years’ experience in education, training & development and health and social care sectors. Expertise in Governance, HR and Strategic Leadership.
